1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fly99 ("fly99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the fly99 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://fly99.casa (the "Platform") and all associated services offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the fly99 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. fly99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the fly99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by a Player into their Account via a supported payment method.
• "Platform" means the fly99 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, and services offered through these interfaces.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account to an external payment account or wallet designated by the Player.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required before certain account actions are permitted.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the fly99 Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on fly99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. fly99 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This age requirement is higher than the minimum statutory age in certain jurisdictions and reflects our commitment to responsible gambling standards.
2. You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with fly99 or any other gambling operator.
4. You do not hold an existing Account on the fly99 Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
5. You are not prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction from participating in online gambling activities. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
6. You are not an employee, officer, director, or agent of fly99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

4. Account Registration & Rules

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update this information if any of it changes. fly99 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your Account. fly99 accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

fly99 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a copy of a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card / MyKad) and proof of address. fly99 reserves the right to suspend an Account or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the fly99 Platform. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended. Winnings generated through duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

5. Deposits & Payments

fly99 supports deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (available through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• fly99 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such fees.
• fly99 reserves the right to reject any deposit or reverse any payment that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or made in breach of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of eligible funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the corresponding funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and payment method.
• Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed: Touch 'n Go eWallet and other e-wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes.
• fly99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may delay the process. Players will be notified if such checks are required.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

fly99 offers a variety of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this Section 7.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Players must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements on fly99 bonuses typically range from 25x to 35x the bonus amount. Specific Wagering Requirements for each promotion are detailed in the relevant promotion page.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

fly99 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, using promotional funds in bad faith, employing low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or engaging in collusion to abuse promotional offers will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited. fly99 may also suspend or permanently close such Accounts.

7.4 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

Players who deposit using a supported cryptocurrency may be eligible for an automatic 2% deposit bonus up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying transaction. This bonus is subject to the standard Wagering Requirements as described above. Full terms are available on the relevant promotion page.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed and games played on the fly99 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fly99 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where explicitly permitted under a specific product's rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction, fly99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified for fairness.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• fly99 reserves the right to limit betting stakes, restrict markets, or restrict access to certain games for any Player at its sole discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual wagers and aggregate daily winnings. Players will be notified of applicable limits within their Account settings.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fly99 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, tournaments, or any other games where such collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity or on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability within the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the Platform while subject to self-exclusion, whether self-imposed through fly99 or through any other responsible gambling scheme.

fly99 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and, where such conduct is confirmed, to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fly99 Platform, including but not limited to the fly99 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game content (the "Content"), is the property of fly99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of fly99.

11. Privacy & Data

fly99's collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fly99 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and fly99 accepts no liability for data breaches that arise outside of its reasonable control.

12. Responsible Gambling

fly99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations accessible from Account Settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (minimum 7 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications may be enabled to inform Players of time and amount spent during a session.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fly99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

fly99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fly99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. fly99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by network failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. Suspension & Termination

fly99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In cases of suspected fraud or financial crime, fly99 may withhold Account funds pending investigation and/or report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining eligible Account Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fly99 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should first submit a written complaint to our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

16. Amendments to These Terms

fly99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by email to registered Players or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.
